I have used the AS10 multivitamin and am always healthier when i take it. I managed to avoid getting sick for a long time, and when i ran out, guess what happened? I got sick. I think this helps strengthen my immune system in addition to all the other great benefits. I have also had my wife use the Omega max through the pregnancies of both our kids. She loves that you don't get the fishy burps like with all other fish oils. Don't stop making great products.
