I have been using both the MM6 for Men and OS2 eye supplement for over 5 years and have maintaingood health. Have had very few cases of normal illness, such as colds or the flu. As far as the OS2 itwas recommended to me by my eye doctor who saw pre-macular degeneration signs in my eyes, sincethen by taking the OS2 I have maintained my eyes and there has been a slight improvement toward thepre-macular generation.
